The P790 is an old idea?

I was cleaning out the back of the shop when I found this. It's an old TaylorMade burner driving iron that has a plug that says foam on it?! I thought filling hollow clubs with foam was a newish idea. Anybody know anything about this club?IMG_5858.JPGIMG_5859.JPGIMG_5860.JPG

Yeah there were a lot of early clubs filled with foam. Mizuno also made a foam filled driving iron in those days. The iron you pictured is a mid to late 80s model. In fact the first TM irons the ICI model I think the 5 iron back were hollow but I do not think they were foam filled.
