Best...my swing is my swing. Don't copy someone else's to achieve your own goals.

Worst...too many to mention.

Best: do what works for you

Worst: here use my swing as a guide (proceedes to chunk 3 in a row 10 yards)

And here fit into this cookie cutter swing that gave no thought to you as a person or as a player.

Wilson Staff C300 9.0* Fujikura Pro 58 stiff

Callaway Rogue 3W Mitsubishi Diamana D+ LTD 80 stiff

Mizuno MP-18 MMC FLI-HI 2 iron UST Mamiya Recoil 95 stiff

Ping I200's 4-W Aerotech Steelfiber I110 CW stiff

Ping Glide 52* and 58* stiff

Bettinardi Studio Stock #38 Armlock

Best: Not listening

Worst: it looks like you hit the ball too high. (As his rolled off the back of the green)

Best: Make a full backswing, feel like my left shoulder is turning into my right big toe. Don't restrict the hips.

Worst: Every single thing I was told to do at a lesson at my local range. The setup they stuck me in had my back in spasms and when I mentioned it, the reply was laughter and "If it's not hurting then you're not doing it right!". That was my one and only lesson there.

Best: relax

Worst: advises from people "while playing", before and after...not during playing.

Best... the most important shot is the one you have right now.

Worst... anything else while on the course.

Worst: When I was a Freshman I took a lesson that was some Jimmy Ballard "connected" nonsense..., it took three months to recover from it.

Best: A line my Dad always said, "Wanna see a bad shot? Just look up."

Worst: If you swing a little harder you won't have to club down

My best came from my grandfather long after he quit golf..

200 yds in the fairway beats 250 to the left or right all day long...

And learn to putt it'll make a good round great and a bad round bare able.. lol

worst - DRIVE forward with the hips- bump the hips forward- start the downswing before the backswing completed.

best - ROTATE dont slide - turn away from the ball and stay turned away until the top of your swing. TPI guy had me swinging while enclosed between two zimmer frames (aid walking) to ensure a turn- hard to do after decades of sliding and driving which relies on perfect timing and only occasional good shots but lots of flipping, blocks, slices and duck hooks.
