Ben Hogan Apex plus

 

I'm a fan. There's no other way to put it. My first good set and only new set of irons ever are my Apex plus. I also play the CFT hybrids (1-5), and the Riviera wedges.

 

My Apex plus are my babies. They're beautiful as I stand over the ball and my confidence in their performance has never waned. The feel of a well struck ball and the feedback on mis-hits have been my faithful teachers. Yes, I still have an average handicap but that was from lack of time. I'm recently semi-retired and would love the opportunity to test the newest top of the line Hogans with my newly aquired time.

 

Normally I wouldn't consider changing but my babies aren't babies anymore. They're old enough to buy their own beer so a new set is regrettably in order.
