Paint Fill

Anybody have any good ideas for paint fill? Trying to get my Bettinardi Queen Bee #6 to have red white and blue and last time I tried the blue on it it looked too wavy.

Testors enamel paint has always worked best for me. You can pick it up from Michael's stores or online for cheap.

I want my full bag to be red white and blue and I'm using testors currently for my irons and it's working well but for my putter there is a long thick line on it and I want it to be smooth. The first time I did it it was kinda wavy so I want to redo it

Are you using a needle tip applicator? You don't need much paint at all for alignment lines to look good. Only other suggestion I would try is getting acrylic paint pens and doing a couple light passes and then wiping away the excess after it has fully dried with some nail polish remover

Are you removing the stock paintfill? If not I would suggest wiping the area with a cotton ball or qtip with a tiny bit of rubbing alcohol on it. Let it dry then apply the testors. Might have to do two or three "coats" depending on deep the line is you're filling.

It's hard to really see the detail but I did these irons all in Testers Royal Blue Enamel. I used finger nail polish remover with Q-tips to remove the excess paint. It took two to three coats to get full coverage.

Didn't see the need to start my own thread on this, so I searched and landed on this one to revive.

Used the down-time today to do a little paint fill on my wedges. Nothing spectacular, but it seemed to turn out nice.

Somebody would have to be looking a lot closer than they should be if they are able to see the flaws in those.  I think they look great.
