Stamping and paint fill PVD finished clubs

I want to stamp and paint fill my new black Tommy Armour GXT wedges. Not sure if there are any precautions/specific steps I need to take. I'm worried that paint may not wipe off the black PVD finish, or the PVD may come off. Anyone have experience with this?
