I don't know if I will get in trouble for this but bleacher report has a live feed.  Just click on The Match and it will take you to it without paying!

Apparently they had issues with people buying but not being able to access so they just made it free. Workers our well for me! Got to watch the whole match!

Glad I read “it was boring” because watching just TWO guys play, who even aren’t near their prime, had to be boring. Only two shots, walking, and commentators jabbering, then two shots, more jabbering... Wow. Boring.

They did a great job hyping it up. I was expecting some actual trash talking since it was a PPV, that was easily not more than PG-13. There were what, 4 or 5 side bets only? Pretty disappointing, they should've switched clubs or something.

I watched first 3 holes, then thought I can’t stand 4 hrs of this so came back with last 2 holes to play.

Course looked good.

Quality of golf looked good.

Walking chat was dullsville with chats about the weather, the course and how they “thought that last putt would break left.....” yawn!


Skins games are the way to go with a 4 ball of personalities, side bets, trash talk and anecdotal stories from the tour. Now THAT would sell on ppv imo.

Just read an article that Comcast will be proactively refunding the $$ because it  was available  for free on the Bleacher Report.

Keep checking especially with Bleacher Report, maybe even GC. There has to be a replay or at least a highlight run sometime.

I watched part of it on bleacher report.  I found it boring and the forced conversation between Phil and Tiger for the first couple of holes was silly.   While the course wasn't really walkable,  it seemed to take a long time for 2 players to play the first 18.
