Man went against my gut and sat K Johnson for Kirk. Left 21 pts on my bench compared to the 2 Kirk got me. Still close...but that would’ve helped

This is getting absolutely ridiculous.  Second most points out of 28 teams and I lose again!  7-6 and I'll likely have 2nd or 3rd most points overall out of 28 teams when play ends tomorrow.  I'm guessing almost everyone has had their best game when they play me.  Pout.....

Yeah, and the Bucks pulled one out in Denver.  But, you're right, it still sucks.  At least I get to play a beautiful golf course in Phoenix tomorrow (and Wednesday and Thursday).

I actually tried to go against my gut and sit McCoy but the lineups locked at 1:00 instead of 1:05 like some of the other sites.  Praise Heavens too because he went off!

Now, let's get down to business.  This poll regarding playoffs will be posted for voting on the league homepage.  There was a lot of gripe about having 2 match ups in week 12 being a bye week and all.  We're not going to give up that 2nd match up since everyone should play everyone in their conference so @Undershooter30 and I have come up with a possible solution.

This is how it'll be posted in the league poll.  The results of the poll on Fantrax will determine the outcome, not voting here in the forum:

Option A: Keep it as is

  • Regular Season ends Week 12 with 2 match ups against conference foes
  • Each playoff round is 1 week and Playoffs run from Week 13-16 
  • No game week 17

Option B: Extend to Week 17 (bear with me)

  • Regular Season ends Week 13 with one match up week 12 and one match up week 13
  • Conference Playoffs from Week 14-16 one week per round
  • Super Bowl in Week 17 BUT points scored during week 16 add to the totals as well

Well I did offer Amari or Edelman for Cook so here is hoping Amari goes off and Cook has all his carries vultures by Murray! Oh and they can throw it to Thielen too!

Haha. I have 7 leagues (I know....don't ask) and I have CMC and Thielen and Valez-Scantling in many other leagues...I've had a lot of success in our league...but I also know it means squat once the end of the year/playoffs get started. So here's hoping CMC and Thielen score around 80 combined....and the rest of your team stays in single digits!!! 😆

And I went back and forth on both those trades for the longest time. If Edelman wasn't dinged up I probably would've went with it, but the Pats/Cowboys have had such an up and down year...and Cook's such a wildcard. He could very well be the one that takes me through to the end or causes everything to crash and burn.
