Jarmst10
Anybody dabble in gambling on golf? When it comes to betting on sports I mainly stick to Football. I know enough about it (both College and NFL) to be comfortable putting a little money down on a game or two throughout the year. I'm not big time or anything but every once and a while having a little riding on a game can be fun. I also do the whole draft kings thing as well as it can make even the dullest games interesting throughout the season. One thing I have never tried however is putting any money down on golf. I don't know the first thing about how to go about it. What to look for? Which Golfers are stronger on certain courses? Who play better in rough weather? Who may like to have a few cold ones the night before a tournament? Do those cold ones help? I am becoming more familiar as I watch more golf, but still would like to know some things to look for so I'm not just throwing my money away. Anybody have some tips for a newbie trying to get in to golf betting? Any big win/loss stories? Feel free to post them all. Also, if this falls within a morality issue I can remove this post but just wanted to throw the topic out there for anyone interested. Quote WITB? NiftyNiblick
There were always the side bets, but the laughs were there, win or lose. The flagrant cheating would infuriate more serious linksters, but golf was always a social game for me and the comedy came with the socializing. I wasn't good enough to get get super serious about the game, as much as I loved it.. I had my fill of competition elsewhere. I discovered at an early age that measuring myself against somebody else was a potential distraction from discovering my own potential. That carried over to golf, as well. I didn't mind buying the drinks if I played well but couldn't cover the strokes--as long as I had fun. It wasn't like we were betting long money. Same thing with betting ponies or sports book. It never became a problem because i never bet beyond the entertainment value. As for cards, I've never played in a serious money game. The Rubbers Workers outing was the closest I ever came to that. They knew which marks from other unions to invite. I just considered it payment for the golf and dinner. Mostly just family stuff, though, and now that generation with whom I played cards is gone. I wasn't cheated when they distributed character flaws, but at least gambling was never a problem.
Jmikecpa
Before I had a gaming license in Nevada I bet on sports a lot while I was out there. Not so much these days due to license requirements. Best bet was Spieth at 25-1 the year he won the Masters. Turned a $50 bet into some nice new golf gear. Best part was at was at the final round to watch him win it. StewartMorrison
Gambling on golf? It's something that I never tested before.. Actually, I would like to know about gambling. Since there are big problems that happen in the country, I wonder if someone from here was unemployed, and if so, how do u solve the money problems in the states? Personally, I am a gambler with two years of experience and actually casinos that have fast and secure payment options and even reputable standing on the online casino market, helps to stay on the feet, even with a minimum wage.. If u would like to know, there is a list of slots not on gamstop here. I wonder how do u guys solve this situation? fixyurdivot
Nope, but then I never gamble on any sports. I've known some folks who have allowed gambling addiction create BIG issues in their personal lives. For me, it's just junk bets with playing friends for dimes and quarters on games like "wolf", KP's, fewest total putts, etc. Kenny B and silver & black 2 Quote G410 Plus, 9 Degree Driver G400 SFT, 16 Degree 3w G400 SFT, 19 Degree 5w ZX5 Irons 4-AW Glide 2.0 56 Degree SW (removed from double secret probation ) ER5v Putter (Evnroll ER5v Official Review) AI-One Milled Seven T CH (Currently Under Product Test)

Samanthacoll
Yes, I've been betting on golf for about five years now. For a beginner, it's going to be difficult. You have to have a good understanding of golf. It's not just the skill of the player that has to be counted on. You have to rely on the weather conditions, the distance of the golf course, the player's previous wins or losses. If you are not that knowledgeable but still want to bet on golf, bet on the player with the lower odds. Because the good bookmakers have all the calculations, I mentioned done by computer. If you don't know which bookmaker to choose, search for the top best http://casinoexpressindia.com/livecasino . TamaRoberts
The ratings of golfers show their objective strength, but it is more important to look at the current form. Athletes cаn play better in individual competitions because each field is unique. The psychological component is more important than physical conditions. Identify the mood of the player. Check out the latest interviews and news. If a golfer performs at home, this is an advantage. In addition to additional motivation and support of fans, it is not necessary to adapt to the climate and time zone. There is also a high probability that the athlete knows or is even prepared for the tournament's field. But in no case do not bet all your money on a bookmaker because this is the same as investing money in a casino. But even if you play wooricasino, you are not sure that you will win. One thing to look for when considering placing a bet on a golfer is their past performance on similar courses. Checking out statistics like driving distance and greens in regulation can also give you an idea of a golfer's strengths and weaknesses. Another thing to consider is the golfer's current form and any recent injuries or personal issues that may affect their performance. Overall, betting on golf can be a fun and thrilling way to engage with the sport. You can also try something like Parimatch through There are a lot of alternatives now, so you're sure to find something that suits you. I like gambling, but for now, I've played only in online casinos. I like them because I can play on any device whenever I have time, without going somewhere. But I noticed that it may be hard to find a good casino, that's why I spend some time reading about them. Some time ago, I read about Zodiac Casino App Download, and since then, it's been my favorite casino to play. If you're interested in trying, you can go to Zodiac Casino App Download Zodiac Casino Install and read all the info provided there. It's detailed and informative so that it will be easy to understand whether it's worth trying. chisag
... I am not much of a gambler but my son talked me into betting on golf and I have enjoyed betting on my favorite LPGA players this season. I don't bet odds or try to pick winners, I just bet on Nelly Korda, Rouning Yin, Linn Grant and Atthaya Tithikul. Being a high roller I bet $1.25 on each of those four to win, then bet $5 on both top 10 and top 5 finishes. It's great when one of them comes in 2nd or 3rd and win both some top 10 and top 5 cash. ... I am killing it this year so total betting profits are $47 and some change.
