I've driven several and have narrowed down to a 2016 Acura MDX or a 2016 Volvo XC90. I love the look of the Volvo, but the Acura actually drives a bit nicer. The Volvo is also about $7,000 more and I'm just not sure I can justify that. Anyone have any experience with these models? Mazda CX-9. Thank me later. They are nice. Best one I’ve owned by far. Anyway, buddy has an Acura MDX, they are really good vehicles. I haven’t been in the Volvo, but their safety record is well known. I don’t think either one is a bad choice. I like the looks of the Acura better, so that’s what I would go with. Quote Lefties are always in their Right Mind
SteddyGolf
I was paired up with a stranger and as we walked the fairway we chatted it up pretty good. I learned he had a daughter starting college and going through a divorce. He also told me he had a 2009 Range Rover Sport he was trying to sell. Long story short I bought the Rover in the parking lot after the round. He signed the title then called his daughter for a ride home. fixyurdivot
Swore I wouldn't do it, but just couldn't help myself... with my wife egging me on . We just bought a lightly used 2018 Ford Expedition MAX Limited. My brother purchased a used 2017 and we drove it while he was visiting us last winter. We liked the new look of the 4th generation 2018+ and much more so the interior color options. I had to fly to CO to pick it up and this is the first car I've purchased from a CarMax like seller - no dicker sticker. I must say that was refreshing and so much more enjoyable than the traditional back and forth baloney. If you're the type that cringes with the thought of going through that scene, I highly recommend looking into buying from these new format dealers. Wow! What a joy to drive and that 3.5L EcoBoost/10 speed is the bees knees... tons of giddyup. I think Ford has really hit one out of the park with the 3rd and 4th generation Expeditions. Now my dilemma is that I did a top to bottom detail on the Dodge 2500 and it looks so good, I'm not sure I want to sell it . bens197
In April my wife and I upgraded each of our cars. We went used and now that it’s five months removed we couldn’t be happier. We take a lot of road trips throughout the year and made our family summer vacation to Maine this summer. I drive a 2018 VW atlas from Carmax that I absolutely love. The kicker was it has a transferable 6/72k warranty. It’s deceptively large and was a luxury for a twenty hour round trip to Bar Harbor. My wife has a 2017 Grand Cherokee Limited that she’s been eyeing for a long time. Buying used allowed us to afford all the add-on comforts. Sent from my SM-N975U using MyGolfSpy mobile appI couldn’t be happier with the Atlas. I’ve had Jeeps and despite their coolness factor they’re incredibly inefficient on space and fuel. I’m 6’2” and I have plenty of room throughout the car. Just being able to stretch out with a rear facing car seat is enough. Add the leg room in the rear and it’s a bargain for what it competes against. On our trip to Maine I was averaging 23-25mpg and could get an easy 450 miles between fills. You should be proud of the work you do, I love this car.
