OK..I have had a hole in one and that is special.

I have had several eagles..that is very speical

Hitting a 6 iron to 3 feet up hill into the wind..that is special.

The 25 footer, left to right down hill for birdie is special.

Having a sunny spring day with your friends..playing 18 and then a cold refreshing beverage on the patio..that is my idea of an unbeatable day!!

A well struck ball whether is driver, Iron, wedge, or been putter is the best feeling. No matter what the outcome is, it is the strike that I focus on.

I say no matter the outcome, because I have hit a long Iron that struck the flagstick and bounced into the water looked like an ace but ended up as a bogey, and I have also hit a shot off the heel of a club that bounced off the rail of a bridge that was a sure bogey that ended up as a birdie.

• a hole out from a decent distance. (never had an ACE but I'm sure that tops anything)
• a holed put from a distance of 10' or more or a wild break
• landing on the green from a distance (100 yds or more)
• a blistered drive
• playing golf PERIOD!

I’ve reconsidered. The best feeling in golf is when you pop the top on your favorite beer and the blue smoke comes out and you take that first drink.

This happens way more often than a well struck ball. (Could the two things be related?)
