Bridgestone golf ball pricing

I happened on this lower price for e6 at Walmart. Note that the price redux is for white balls only AND it's not in their computer system so every time I go to check out I have to show them the picture with this 'rollback' price. Interestingly on line it's $23.84 for the white and yellow balls.

It's not a huge secret that a new Ball is coming to the line, that is resulting in an e6 price restructuring.

Isn’t the e6 like 3 years old at least? They were replaced by the e6 soft and speed awhile ago.

Several years ago while playing in Savannah, Ga. I found an E5 while searching for my ball near a hazard. At the time I'd never heard of it. Later I played the ball and was amazed how good it felt and preformed. I learned that the E5 was the only ball in the E series with a Urethane cover. And at the time a dozen sold for about $26. Unfortunately, I believe it's been discontinued.

I normally avoid Walmart, don't like the store, and went there the other day and boy of boy did they really up the amount of golf balls they have. They even had srixon balls.

I don't like walmart either. But it's either that or get on the highway for 20 min to get to Dicks.

You're correct, the current version is the e6 Soft or Speed.   They eliminated the 5 and 7 two years ago and came out with two versions of the e6, which I think will be carried over to 2019 lineup along with the new one.

Darn and I really like this ball. Maybe I'll go back and buy a couple of doz. I see the new E6 are about $10 more a doz

I corrected a typo in my post.  They discontinued the e5 and e7 two years ago not the 6.  They did come out with two versiions of the e6, the speed and soft.  Those aren't going anywhere from what I understand.  Just being positioned into another price point to introduce a new ball between the e6 and the Tour B RX.
