Maybe it's the camera angle, but the toe looks a bit higher on this model vs his cameron.

 

Maybe it is his cameron with fresh paint and a touch of bondo for the stamps.

looks like a TM copy shape wise of the scotty cameron he was using when at cobra.

 

Which in turn is a copy of the Ping B60.

 

HAve to admit after rolling a couple of white TM Ghost putters they do set up nice behind the ball, you get a good contrast against the colour of the grass as well.

Why would he have an open face angle on his putter?

 

At a guess I'd say it would be something to do with the way he sets his hands over the balls. He might like his rotated slightly more towards the target than most.

Even if that is the case, 3.5* still seems like it would be WAY open
