That's a lot of beer

Looks like dialysis would need to come into play before long

If by dialysis you mean finding a tree then I concur. :)

I have started packing sunflower seeds...partly because I love them and I played baseball all my life and sunflower seeds are a must on the ball field. As for them keeping you relaxed, it made me think of the Under Armour ads I have been seeing for their mouthpiece they are selling that involves Hunter Mahan in the ad.

A Mouthpiece for Golf. I actually laughed out loud when I saw that ad. My wife thought I was deranged.

I usually carry PB&J, Cliff Bars, and/or Bananas and water. And I've been known to consume an adult beverage every now and then.

My brother lost a banana is his bag for a spell last summer. Found it the bad squishy was about a month later...

I put all snacks in a ziplock after that.

I accidentally left a squishy banana in the back of a neighbors car after coming back from a golf road trip down to South Carolina. He didn't find it until a couple of weeks later. He still isn't talking to me...

Usually protein bar for me, sometimes switched out with mixed roasted nuts + dry berry, and a banana.  Apple ( sliced) is another good source for natural sugar and fiber.

Water is always better than any other type of hydration during the round.  Of course it'll be different after the round.   An Irish coffee in cool weather and microbrew  for the warmer days.  Sometimes the Happy Hour finger food will fill up the empty nicely, for a few hours.

I have found that Cliff bars work nicely for me.  I prefer them a little melted anyway, so I don't mind when the sun gets to them a bit.  The beverage all depends on who im playing with that day and if we're walking.

I usually have a Kirkwood nut bar at the turn. It usually gives me a boost and I like nuts.

Peanut butter and banana sandwich with some honey is a good maintenance for me. If any of you are organic peanut butter people I’d like to recommend Trader Joe’s Valencia crunch PB. I discovered it by accident and it’s fantastic.

Depends on time of day. I prefer playing early

morning rounds. If that’s the case I’m hitting up a solid iced coffee maybe a little Jameson in there and I’ll grab a muffin or something for the first few holes. After that I’ll have trail mix of some sort throughout.
