The graphics and font choices on the woods and irons leave a lot to be desired. They look like Walmart clubs. I'm not saying they aren't solid gear, but you aren't going to attract many people to a sale rack with those sitting in it.

I have a revolving WITB policy.

I feel like i was spied upon!!!! biggrin.gifbiggrin.gifbiggrin.gif

Nice to meet X and T in person - great guys -

The heavy driver and irons -

my $0.02 on them -

with no bias - i even told the rep this.

conceptually i love it. i have no issues with it, the math is sound the club feels good, swings well. im a fan.

aesthetically i did not believe that they were appealing to the better player or the avid golfer. BUT i totally understand what direction they had to go with. to make the best bang for the buck when one introduces a new product to the market, you try to appeal to the higher handicap general public, those in the buyers market. better players all have clubs, they will get sold on the concept while the beginner will get sold on the ease of play.

like their heavy putters they introduced a concept for the public, then they made fancier putters - milled etc - for the tour players. no doubt they will follow suit in the same direction with the irons and woods.

in the playing position the iron is okay at best, and hideous looking at it the cavity. the wood is square ish ala the nike back in the day. not a fan, but VERy easy to hit both and stripe them straight.

I think Boccieri Golf needs to invest in an Industrial Designer, because these are hideous.

I actually like the look of their fairway woods, but they don't offer higher lofted models for those of us who prefer them over hybrids. I guess that market-wise, there aren't enough of us left about whom to be concerned.
