romeopapazulu
A pic on the Amazon Basics hitting net reminded me of some pretty strange photos I have seen over the years. This one in particular has a guy photoshopped hitting into (or away) from the net. He is swinging left handed (I think?). Whichever way he is swinging, I am pretty sure the back of the club is going to strike the ball (sure looks like a right handed club). If he manages any contact at all. I am not trying to start a debate about the quality of the net. Maybe it's awesome. But who put that pic together? What other weird photos have you seen accompany some type of training aid? I'll add a few more below that I found in just a few minutes of browsing. What are some other gems out there? While we are on hitting nets, why not have a putting net? This guy here is starting his son on the right track early. Now that we can keep the pin in, just hammer it as hard as you can to take the break out of the putt. Let's throw a net right in front of us so we don't have to fetch all those putts! I am not sure if either of these nets are as useful as this one, though. It is a very useful product. And fun. Here are a couple ball returners. I have seen these used for putting. Maybe when I get to a + handicap I can get one of these to return my drives. But right now I am just not quite accurate enough with the big stick. The second one doesn't look like it will return your ball, but it does come with one that is 70% elastic. I'm sure that is the same material as Srixon's new cover. They just use a fancy name to make it sound more impressive. I have always dreaded putting. Probably because I never practiced enough. Why haven't I been practicing in the office? These guys seem to have something pretty exciting riding on this putt. That is the real life pressure I need so I can drain one in the clutch! The next one tops these all. Why through a little raised cup on the carpet when you throw a ten foot strip right up on the conference table!!!! Then your coworkers can help read the grain of every fake blade of grass. I might ask for someone else's opinion on that read. Either that is a really lopsided table, or she is putting at the hole on our right. What have you guys seen that made you scratch your head? Which other marketing team for a golf product has no one that has ever swung (or seen someone swing) a club? Golf courses are generally found in nature! I'm not sure how this could ever become a "thing!" Golf is filled with silly devices meant to separate us from our money. 99.9% are ridiculous. This may be the most ridiculous!
