TAYLORMADE GOLF COMPANY AND PARSONS XTREME GOLF (PXG) REACH AGREEMENT

 

CARLSBAD, Calif. (January 30, 2019) – TaylorMade Golf Company and Parsons Xtreme Golf (PXG) jointly announced today that they have reached a settlement of the pending patent litigation and related patent disputes between the parties.

 

Under the terms of the agreement, each company will have specified rights to make club products under patent cross-licenses.

Reading between the lines, what say you?

That they will both go on making their respective clubs as they are with no more back and forth pi$$ing match. 

Just my take.  Maybe a few dollars were we chances one way or the other.

Its clearly a win for both sides, they can each stop paying their attorneys to fight each other.  At least over this issue.
