Slow mo video for practice

Hey Spies,

For those whose teacher/coach does not often use video recording of your swing check out the Flow app. I've only used the free version so far, which has up to 8x slow motion capability and editing options. It's already told me i've got a little too much head movement and a couple of other minor tweaks to work on. And it has let me see the same problem area my coach has highlighted.

Is that an iOS app? Couldn't find anything like that on Android. When I looked for a Flow app on Android I got something about menstrual cycles!

nothing called that on IOS for Golf. I use the Hudl Technique (free on IOS) which has everything you need, including drawing lines for movement etc

Search for Flow Speed Control, found it again with Flow video in search. Didn't show up as a result for slow motion camera or video.

It is an iOS app. In the app store under Flow Speed Control.

I just found the  Hudl Technique two weeks ago and have found it very helpful. Slow mo video review has been one of the biggest aids for me reforming my swing this winter. It's amazing how disconnected your "feel" about a swing can be from what's happening.

For those on Android, I really like VirtualPro as well. I've attached a screenshot with some of the stuff you can do with it. It can also do slow-motion, etc., and it gives frame numbers so you can easily calculate tempo.

I use the free version of V1 Golf (not sure if on Android) But it works really well and for someone that has an instructor you can upload directly to them.

I just started using VirtualPro as well, and I have to second @edingc's recommendation. It's smooth, fast, full featured, and free. Very impressed thus far.

Thanks for the ideas guys.  I have been looking for an app for sometime.  The VirtualPro app looks very promising.
