New To MGS

I am a golf equipment junkie and I'll admit it. Started playing on my high school team in late 70's. Parents bought me a Lee Trevino Faultless set from Kmart and i Stopped playing when I went to college at Purdue West Lafayette. Picked the game back up in late 80's early 90's and have been playing non stop 29 years. I've also been a competitive bodybuilder since 1984 and recently retired when I realized i wasn't going to obtain my IFBB Pro card. I play in two leagues a week plus scrambles plus playing with friends. Being a cop allows me a chance to play for free at my local course which I take full advantage of. Handicap is an 8 at the end of last season and about 10-15 years ago I had several rounds in the 60's. Now I occasionally break 80 in my late 50's. I really enjoy the equipment testing that goes on here and I pay close attention to unbiased reviews. Thanks to MGS I bought a new $100 putter from Dicks that works great !!
