Incredible. Just amazing. I recorded it on my phone to be able to view days from now. From stepping into the putt, to hugging his kids and Mom, to him getting congrats right before he went in to sign his card. I was all smiles, and a little misty. Just the coolest thing. I was 28 when he last won a green jacket! Twenty-EIGHT! Wow. Just incredible!!!

Well, to be fair, many of those comments had nothing to do with their personal feelings and everything to do with never expecting he could recover from the injuries & repairs to once again get back to this level of play.  I certainly did not expect it.

People can claim they were only judging him on the fact that he was physically broken, but I don't doubt the fact that they were also hating on him for his personal life. None of it matters anymore, they were all wrong. Waking up at 3:20am never felt better!

Around hole 9 I kicked myself for not recording it sooner , will be watching that over and over. What an day, never thought it would happen again.

I was front and center in stating that Tiger would likely never win another major. I will gladly be having crow for dinner tonight! It had nothing to do with his personal life! I have said since November 2009, the only mistake Tiger made was getting married. Other than that, he was living his best life!

Coming back from having his spine fused is one of the greatest feats in sports history! Nothing else matters.

It's well documented that I am not a Tiger fan, but he definitely deserved to win. He was the only player that didn't crumble under the pressure, and the fact that he kept the same competitive fire in him through his health/personal struggles is impressive.

I made it home with Tiger on 15 so got to see those last 4 holes. Remarkable story - just great to see the guy take such joy in his accomplishment.

And I agree that the younger guys don’t want any part of Tiger in his prime - this Tiger is more than enough to handle.

The tournament definitely was different and it came down to a war of attrition. TW said himself, “I just need to remain patient”. Seems that’s exactly what he did even when things got a little sketchy he remained calm.
