Cool. They're not for everyone, but they come with a lifetime guarantee. If you break one, you send it back to them telling them when and how it broke and they'll send a couple more replacements.

I like the idea of being able to get a repeatable height.

hold a finger (whatever finger length suits) down the tee when putting it in the ground, stop when finger touches earth, result.

Works on all tees

I use to use Lift golf tees http://www.golfteewarehouse.co.uk/acatalog/xLiftTeeSteppedLongGV-0469.jpg

Trouble with them is that they fly through the air like a dart. Hit a good drive and the tee would go 30 yds. I could go through a pack a round, costing more on tees that balls.
