Pre-Chatter: #CobraConnect Challenge 3

Dang it, my nine hole league was cancelled again tonight because of excessive water on the course. I don’t think we’ve had two dry days in a row for the last 3 weeks. Carts are not allowed but I’m still going to try to walk it.

On the bright side plugging my drives is giving me crappy distance numbers. The Cobra clubs will look amazing once it dries out here. I’ll be hitting 50 all day long!

When you get color television you will realize they are playing in the same colors as the flag.

My 9 holes got brutally rained out on the 16th tee box. Yikes. Had to walk probably 800 yards in a deluge until someone from 12 came around and picked me up.

By the way the Australians have a very similar flag to us but they have two more stars and they are white not red. Their national sporting color is canary yellow or "Australian gold" as they like to call it.

First time out with the F9s, played a 9 hole scramble tonight. Used 90% of my shots. Had driver 9 iron in one of the par 5s, and yes made eagle. Finished -6, good enough for silver, bad news is only pays for gold . Still gonna take some time to dial in these distances. Was long on several approaches.
So GB13, when you joining team 153? I can tell you’re close.
