My list is not neccesarily the "best" courses I have played, but the most memorable, in many cases because of the people I was with and the fun had.

Not in order:

Jasper Park GC, Jasper AB

Banff Springs, Banff, AB

The Ocean Course, Kiawah, SC

Osprey Point, Kiawah, SC

Riverview CC, Easton, PA (probably the most "ordinary" course on my list, but a great day)

Mt Washington GC, Bretton Woods, NH

Juliette Falls GC, Donnellon, FL

Pine Barrens, Brooksville FL

Lassing Pointe, Union, KY

Rising Star, Rising Sun, IN

Edit: One that I forgot, that deserves to be on this list, is the Cascades Course, at The Homestead, Hot Springs, VA.

I'm so glad someone mentioned Wine Valley GC, what a fantastic Dan Hixson design in the middle of nowhere!

Not in the middle of nowhere.  Right in the middle of Washington wine country and my backyard.  😂

I'm in Wisconsin, looks like you've been in my neck of the woods a lot. I had a difficult time leaving the Meadow Valleys Course in Kohler off the list, it's a lot of fun too. The Bog is a great choice. We are so lucky to have so many great courses in the state. And still a lot to get to for me, like SentryWorld and the courses at Sand Valley. I'm playing The Club at Lac La Belle on Monday, maybe that will make a push into my top 10, I've heard great things.

My wife is from Milwaukee so we get up there almost every summer. I want to get out to Sand Valley one of these days as well as Lawsonia. Too many courses, not enough time.
