This what it’s like to have the Penny experience at the ballpark. And it’s leave big at the inning long visit from Rays color guy and former MLB player Orestes Destrada. My buddy asked him if he really knew us and he said, “oh yeah, I see Pastor and Penny here often. Penny is my favorite baseball fan.”

 

We watched Tommy Pham hit a GS with him 445 feet.

 

It’s harder to hit a 400 ft HR than dunk a basketball.

Her goal is to hit all the ballparks do Pittsburgh is on the list. Atlanta this summer - we’ve done Milwaukee, Chicago and Miami the last two!

Went to last nights game. First four innings were sloppy and slow - each team was charged with an error but there were several marginal plays. Nice to see Mike Trout for sure.

 

And then some baseball broke out. The beauty of this game is that if you can just keep hitting you don’t loose your turn. The Rays scored 5 in the 6th and 4 in the seventh batting around both times.

 

Penny enjoyed KK’s pinch hit single - I’m an Avisail Garcia guy - his hit tied the game. Her buffalo chicken Mac and Cheese looked amazing. :)

I went the classic dog, popcorn, beer route. My scale told me all about that this morning. Had a nice healthy breakfast and workout though. Should be back to normal tomorrow morning - Monday at the latest. :)

Had lunch at Bayou today. Penny said, “Ive never been on the course.” A conversation with the pro and off we went - walked 1-3, 6, 14-18 (cut over to the back from 6 to get the Bayou holes in. They are spectacular)
