Testers ANNOUNCED: Srixon Z Star and Z Star XV Golf Balls

Recommended Posts

Aaron from IL

9.2/108 Driver Speed

MTB Black

After the recent ball study, I did go out and purchase a sleeve of the XV and just played a round with them this past weekend.  I really enjoyed them and want to play them more as well as the Z star.

Titleist ProV1X

I have been toying back and forth with swapping from my trusty ProV1X to the Srixon Z-Star. I loved the original yellow Z-Stars. Firm, long, and spun like crazy with short clubs.  Played them exclusively until they were re-designed to be softer. Didn't like the feel as much so went back to the V1X which I've stayed with ever since. Bought a sleeve of Z-Stars and XV's to check on the SkyTrak and have been pretty happy with the results.

Yes, played ZStar XV a few years ago - moved away due to affordability of Snell's and really no good reason.

Juan Diego, New Mexico (will be moving to Illinois soon). And yes, New Mexico is a state in the USA for those who don’t know...

12 hdc, 95-100 mph club head speed

Srixon Q-star

I haven’t played these balls but as my game is improving I want to transition to one of these premium balls. My experience with the Q-star has been phenomenal, it does roll out a bit more on chips than a ProV1, but it has enough stopping power for me on full shots. It is quite impressive considering it’s a two-piece ball. That is why I’m eager to test the higher range models of Srixon.
