Ship Sticks???

So I'm going to be traveling for work this summer and assuming I get approval for what I have planned, I will be heading to CO for a week in July and then flying directly to CA for another week and a half before heading back home.

I looked at travel bag options and airline fees, and for the cost it seems like I'd do better to just use ship sticks (with or without a travel bag). My question is, have any of my fellow spies used Ship Sticks before? What was your experience? Did you use the Ship Sticks provided box for your clubs or did you put your clubs in a travel bag/case? Do any of you have experience using Ship Sticks for a trip with multiple destinations - sending clubs to 1st destination and then sending from 1st to 2nd destination, etc.? How did it go?

Thanks spies!
