White is all the rage - But, the dark finishes are pure class and turn heads. Here is a Whiskey finished mil spec. This is a raw finish that you can only apply to a carbon steel head. It is a deep brown finish, looks black from a distance - but up close you know its a custom job.

Skihippy, I don't think Scotty himself has done this to his putters. I believe it's an aftermarket job by an outside agency, posssibly THE PUTTER LOUNGE??????? JAT

I have to tell you from personal experience that the work is top notch and the communication superb. I have to take a few pics and post here but I have a scotty newport 2.5 that I had the white with stainless face added the sky blue paint here and there remilled the face and the putter is new as can be. THese guys do an awesome job a littl elengthy witht he process due tothe hype and PUB they are recieveing but if you have a winter season send it over that period and you will never miss it. I had mine jsut in time for a tourney last week and the thing is the talk of the foursome......

That white BC6 may be the first white putter that I actually like. Would tweak the paintfill colors a bit, but it looks like an improvement over the original IMHO

I am sort of a fan of orange paint on putters.

I would leave the bottom alone because that looks classy and great to me, but I would swap the black on the back and the cavity with a shade of orange to match the orange iomic grip that would soon follow.

That's the beauty of it, its personal. I love the Broncos - but the last thing I want on any of my golf equipment is orange.

James can you notch out the back of a squareback? In effect make it a notchback? BTW I am not complaining but the candy is coming off a bit on the sharp edges of my squareback? Thanks man. That Napa is awesome you did for my bro!

Can you do a high polish finish on 303 Stainless. Have a sentimental putter in my collection I want to get polished.

Well it only took me a year and half to remember to post pictures, but here is the putter I had them do. Turned out exactly how I wanted it, but since it's been sitting in a closet since it came back I have no idea how the finish actually hold up

I wish I could say I started the trend, but it was after the R11 came out that I did it. And yes that's my new birdie ball mat
