And the funny thing is, the Gamer and Gamer Soft are both pretty good balls! The Gamer Urethane is nice but short. Definitely the exact opposite of a "Rock Flite" and a lot of people still think that about them.

It doesn't look like I'm going to get another bite at the apple before time runs out .  I did have a 262 yard drive as noted in post #102 that you may have missed?  This has been a fun thread/contest - thanks @JohnSmalls!

Glad you have enjoyed it, thanks for being a part of it this year!   I did miss that drive, I apologize.  It has been added!

Seriously, and this is a question maybe for the 2020 HRC, and for @JohnSmalls, I got to thinking about a ball I'd like to get my hands on for next year's edition. Would the OnCore MA 1.0 or it's replacement the OnCore Caliber count? These are OnCore's hollow metal core golf ball

I just had to do some research on those.  Even though they are a 3 piece ball, since they have a metal ball for a core those get an exemption.  They are in. 

In regards to HRC 2020, I will be sending a group message to everyone who participated for your thoughts sometime in July.

Forgot to add this from my Hard Rock round last week, but I played the same course today (non-HRC) and took an after picture of the tree I hit. This is an after picture, didn't take a before because I didn't plan on hitting it.

That's what it gets for getting in my way.

Ok, just thinking of some other out there ideas I can hopefully bring to next year's contest. RockBottom has a dozen on sale in 6 2 ball sleeves for 10 bones.

Shot a 43 with this (and another Tour Velocity I lost) guy! Course rating 70.5, slope 123, handicap 13.2. (Silver Lake Country Club in Michigan)

Although, I'm partially embarrassed to admit I've been gaming these balls this season cuz I just can't bring myself to throw them out Got a sleeve of these guys and some Callaway Warbirds I'm using up this season before I start raising my ball standards.

HRC 2019 is almost a wrap.  Guys let me know if I have missed anything, I will announce our winners tonight!

Did another round yesterday (third), but nothing good came of it score, driver distance or closest to the pin-wise... In fact the whole round was just awful, so I have noting new to add that is better than what I've already posted. NUTS!

Now off to the doc to have my spleen put back in place...

I got to play 9 holes yesterday with a Bridgestone E7. Actually played 18 first with a ProV1x and shot 42-42. My handicap was up to 12 but trending back down. With the E7 I knew it wouldn’t spin so played it to the front of the greens. I was just 2 over going into the final hole, but tee shot in the water, approach shot in the water, and an 8 on the final hole so another 42. No pics. Intended to take them after the round, but I only had 2 and therefore none to even finish the hole.

I can tell you it was not the ball’s fault.
