It was amazing to hear the lineage of Henry Picard through the history of the game. He taught Jack Grout, who taught Jack Nicklaus. Ben Hogan credits Picard with fixing his grip, enabling Hogan to overcome a severe hook and become the legend we know so well. Picard was the only teacher Sam Snead ever had. In his later years, Picard developed Beth Daniel into one of the women's game's best ever. Quite a legacy stemming from one golf club in Charleston, SC. Lee6 was the most consistent player all week and is a deserving champion. She was the only player in the field under par all four days (70-69-69-70). I thoroughly enjoyed watching it.
