Choeppner Posted March 24, 2011 Author Share Posted March 24, 2011 Hey Guys, I hope everyone is having a great week I wanted to share some more Damascus Work In Progress Photo's with you The first photo is the MACHINE Damascus Head and Damascus Beefy Back Flange after the Perpendicular Sight Line on the Toplineline, The Giff Cut and Nibble Cuts Milled into the Flange. This head is paired with the Damascus Disco Ball Hosel (prior to etching, bending and finishing). The second and third photos show the finishing work on this MACHINE in Progress The fourth photo shows the Damascus Disco Ball Hosel after its first acid etch (while still wet). The next step is the Deburring and clean up.
