tehuti
Paint was all fine but the seam varied on some. It’s more noticeable on a few, the dimples are oval shaped like they were stretched. I’ll try to grab a picture.Unfortunately I rinsed one, and lost one of the middle of the fairway. So I am short 2. I haven’t scrutinized them up close and personal like Shankster had. But I’ll do that for stage 2. They do seem to wear very well. A couple of balls lasted several 9 hole rounds until I sacrificed them to the creek. They had minimal scuffs even when I was in trees, sand and on cart paths.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote PXG 0211 12° driver w/Project X Cypher R flex shaft KE4 TC 16° 4 wood w/Kuro Kage Black 60g shaft KE4 TC HyWay 21° utilitywood w/Maltby MPF shaft KE4 TC 22° 4 hybrid w/UST Proforce V2 Black shaft KE4 TC 25° 5 hybrid w/Mitsubishi Tensei CK Blue shaft Lazrus 27° 6 hybrid w/Lazrus graphite shaft PXG 0211DC irons 7-PW w/Project X Cypher graphite shafts CBX2 50° wedge M-Series+ 56° wedge w/UST Recoil 660 graphite shaft Infinite Bean putter

Working on a 26 hole ball right now that has had quite the excursion.I managed to dunk it in a drainage ditch, bounc it off 3 trees, a cart path, and an outhouse. one of those was on purpose, I’ll let you decide. Now that you mention it, I'm looking for the video of you hitting the outhouse and the reaction of the person inside! I mentioned in the Z-Star thread that I'm looking at switching golf balls. I'm not getting a lot of spin off my Z-Star on my approach shots. They have a tendency to roll out to much for my taste. Just had an iron fitting and they said my irons should be producing more than enough spin, so it has to be the ball. This is one of the balls that I'm considering as a replacement. Are there an specific tests that you guys have planned for on the course? So far my testing has just been thru general observations while playing. I have access to a short game area where I’ll do my best to compare a few balls against the Snell. Specific on course tests will be more GPS data comparisons to my normal gamer and the good old gut test. I have completed the salt water test to check the balance of the balls and played 5.5 rounds with the MTB-X and have formed a pretty strong opinion of the ball.Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy MattF, sirchunksalot, MDGolfHacker and 2 others 5 Quote Wedgie Driver - XXIO X Driver 9.5 - Launcher Turbo 2 hybrid - F9 One Length 3-L - ER 1.2 Top Flite Gamer Play Right

I tested them against the Pro V1x, TP5 Pix, TP5x, Callaway CS, and CSX. My short game is the best part of my game and I practice that the most. So I did a lot of 70 yards and in testing. gchester33
Ok my unreasonably long stage 1 is updated! Had a chance to play a round with the MTB-X and Chrome soft this weekend. Definite differences between the two with regards to feel. The Snell feels so solid that going from that the Chrome Soft makes the CS feel mushy almost. One notable shot was tight drive that I didn't feel I hit particularly well and still wound up at my usual 280 distance that the CS would get on a solid hit. Can't say I noticed a significant difference in spin characteristics between the two based on this round, but I think some work on the Trackman will help quantify that. Also can't wait to see how quickly Snell turns around orders and shipping since I am DEFINITELY going to need another box in order to a thorough review without running out Shankster and MDGolfHacker 2 Quote Driver: Callaway Rogue - Project X HZRDUS Yellow, 6.0, 63g Fairway: Callaway Epic 3 wood, Rogue MAX stiff, 75g 4-6 Iron: Mizuno JPX-850 - Project X 5.5 7-PW: Mizuno JPX-850 Forged - Project X 5.5 Wedges: Mizuno MP-T5 (50, 54), Ping Glide 2.0 Stealth 60 ES Putter: Odyssey Marxman, Currently tested and kept Golf Pride Tour SNSR Contour Pro 140cc grip
