I have never had a hole in one on a real course. I came within inches my past round and it was so hard seeing that ball not go in. A smooth pitching wedge from 150 yard out left me with this:

I feel you. Came within inches of my first ace about a month or two ago. It stings when you get that close for it to not just keep going toward the hole...

I went 30+ years without an ace.  Then, I had my 2nd knee replaced and 2nd time out, I hit a perfect 8 iron into the hole!  Moral of the story....ummm...no, don't go out and get a knee replacement...lol

I got my 3rd ace 4 years after I had my knee replaced.  I'm racking them up at at a pace of 1 every 8 years.

My wife has been playing golf for 55 years and has never had one, unless you count the one on the driving range in Tucson 8 years ago.  LOL

I am only 20 years old.. looks like my best option is to just get my knee replaced. I'll let you guys know how it turns out!

Thank you and haha yes I can understand that. Distance has never really been an issue with me as I hit my 7 iron 190 on a smooth swing. Been working on distance control mostly now.
