If you could only keep 1 of the new clubs in your bag and had to return the others, which would you keep? Why? Great question. My first instinct was to say the 7w for how consistent it's been, but then I had the Hole in One with the 6 hybrid (sentimental reasons). So i cheated and went to Arccos dashboard to see how they all have done. I was shocked to see I've pulled the 7 wood 17 times in just over 54 holes--(had one 3 hole round rained out) so it is by far and away my most used club and surprisingly it's smart distance is 171, so getting a few more yards out of than I thought. So 7 wood is an untouchable right now. Thin2win
got it, so a 3W, a cross over and a 7W. Glad there is a consensus on this... ha. Based off that (hole in one aside), are you all finding the Hybrids to be fine, but nothing better/worse than you have used before. Just gapped better? Yeah part of that is that we are all different players. Hicksta and Tsauer are the bigger hitters of the group. Rev is the best player ofthe group and has become sneaky long but very consistent across the bag, PAGolfer and I hang in that middle to verging on high (me) handicap level, that need those longer clubs to be effective. To the 6hybrid question. I will say this, I had the 816 H1 3 and 4 hybrids in my bag since 2016 prior to this. Did you read THAT, I actually had two clubs that were going on their 4th year in the bag. At this point I would say I'm not as comfortable with the two G410's as I was the 816's. The 6 is getting there. But I pretty much knew the 816 was going to go high straight and what distance it was. I'll try and chart them below (816 going off memory. G410 based on Arccos. 816 19 degree 165 yards 23 degree 155 yards G410 5-26 degree 164 yards 6-30 degree 149 yards So you can see the distances are not far off from each other but again the comfort and confidence is still not quite as high on the G410....yet! mr.hicksta, Thin2win and goaliewales14 3 Quote G430 Max 10K TSiR1 15.0 Aldlia Ascent 60g TSR2 18.0 PX Aldila Ascent 6og TSi1 20 Aldila Ascent Shafts R T350 5-GW SteelFiber I80 SM10 48F/54M and58K S159 48S/52S/56W/60B Select 5.5 Flowback 35" ProV1 Play number

I had gamed a G400 hybrid for just about 2 years so for me it wasn't a monumental step up, but the G410s are definitely longer and are arguably more forgiving. I know many people have a hard time finding a good hybrid, but Pings last couple releases have been slept on criminally if you ask me. Right now I'd say it's a toss up between my 3-wood SFT or my 3 hybrid. If I had to choose, right now I'd pick the 3 hybrid purely for how versatile of a club it is. I have a long dog-leg par 5 at my course that is about 200-210 to the dog leg, and then another 300 to a green on top of a hill. The 3-wood has been solid off the tee, and for the second shot as well, leaving me a wedge in to the green. The three times I've played it since the clubs arrived, I got par all 3 times. In the past, I had trouble with that hole and normally hit a ball OB on either the first or second shot. mr.hicksta
I got things back on track during yesterday's round, and hit a few shots that solidified the gapping at the top of my bag. G410 3W: #11 at Navy Marine Golf Course plays 305 yards from the blues. There's a large landing area that I typically aim for, and while I caught my tee shot closer to the heel side of center, I had 70 yards in. This highlights what I love most about this FW...it's stupid forgiving and you don't lose an awful lot of distance if you miss the center of the club face. G410 2H: #14 at NMGC plays 406 yards from the blues and is straight downwind. Since my tee shot didn't go as planned, I had 235 in out of a nice lie in the left rough. I ripped my 2H and hit a beautiful shot that unfortunately didn't hold the green, but my leave wasn't bad at all. Looks like playing my 2H at 18.5 was the right choice! G410 Crossover: #9 at NMGC plays 474 from the blues typically into a 10 to 15 mph head wind. I had 205 left after my tee shot, and another good lie so it was 4 Xover time. I struck it well, but pulled it a bit and when I got to my ball is was a touch under pin high in an undesirable ball-below-my-feet lie. I won't bore you with how the rest of the hole went . Overall these long game weapons continue to perform, and I'm most excited about my renewed confidence with my FW! revkev, TSauer, sirchunksalot and 5 others 8 Quote LTDx Black 10.5º | UST LIN-Q M40X TSPX Blue 6F4 LTDx 3W 15º | UST LIN-Q M40X TSPX Blue 7F4 G425 3H 19º | UST Recoil Proto Hybrid 85F4 Z785 4-PW | UST Recoil 125 Proto F4 RTX ZipCore Tour Rack 50º Mid, 54º Mid, 60º Mid | UST Recoil Wedge Proto F4 ER5BV | BGT Stability Tour Tour B X

revkev
Played today - can’t comment too much because it was for a Cobra Connect challenge but the 7 wood is the bomb.Oh and the SCOR 52 doesn’t stink either. Neither does the Ping G410 driver - put me right where I needed to be all day. TSauer
I'm getting angry that I haven't been able to get out much recently to hit these clubs! Been way more busy than I like. Went to play last weekend, but half the course was still underwater. So, grabbed a range bucket and hit the G410s the whole time. I still can't get over how good the shots are with them. I never thought I'd say I trust myself with the longer clubs.
