Hey Guys,

I hope everyone is having a great week!  I wanted to share pictures with you of a Custom MACHINE Damascus that Dave just finished for a Customer. 

This MACHINE features a Custom Damascus Steel M2A Converter Head with a Damascus Steel Beefy Back Flange and a Custom 1-Off Damascus Steel Fluted Hand Bent Hosel.

This MACHINE also features a Custom Aluminum Bronze Spacer and 1 of a kind TMG Face Milling.

This MACHINE has been finished in an Acid Etch Finish to bring out the grain in the Damascus.

Hey Everyone,

Thanks for all the great comments and for all your support.

Here are some pics of the new Megalodon XXL flange in Blue Anodized Aerospace Alloy.  This flange fits right  on a standard M2A Converter and the weight matches really well for a standard length up to a counter balanced model, with lots of weight adjustability in the long bumpers.  As shown it weighs 350 grams with four standard steel weights in the four weight ports, but you can go down to 335 or up to 390 or more in as little as 1 gram increments, 3 gram, 7 gram or 10 gram increments depending on the weights you use.

We need to put a little black paint in the sightline on the flange, so please excuse the work in progress photos.  

We can anodize these in blue, red, green, black or a few other colors, including grey, bronze and olive drab.  We'll have a few more colors and custom options to show off next week and will keep posting as we experiment and get custom orders made up the way you all want them.

This MACHINE features a Custom 1018 Carbon M11 Converter Head with a 1018 Carbon Scoop Back Flange and a Shaft Over Stub Hosel for Double Bend Shaft.

 

This MACHINE also features Custom Sightlines, a Custom Stamped Medallion and Custom Engraving on the Sole.

 

The Head and Flange have both been finished in Dave's Hand Torched Oil Quenched Finish.

This MACHINE Features a Custom 303 Stainless M20 Converter Head with a 303 Stainless Fat Back Flange and a 303 Stainless Medium Short Plumber Neck.  This head features a unique PVD Finish on the Head, Hosel and Flange.

 

This MACHINE also features a Custom Alloy Spacer and a Torched Titanium Damascus Medallion.

 

This MACHINE weighs 365 Grams with the spacer, or 360 Grams without.

This MACHINE features a Custom 303 Stainless M8 Converter Head with a Laid Back Gooseneck Hosel and a 303 Stainless #2 Flange.  The Head and Hosel were both finished in an Electric Blue Torch Finish and the Flange was finished in a Rainbow Torch Finish to add some contrast.

 

The Medallion on this MACHINE is being changed to a Thick Alloy Medallion with the MACHINE Logo engraved at the Top so you can see the whole logo.

The Black Anodized Alloy XXL Megalodon Flange weighs 85 Grams empty and will fit all M2A and M4 Meritage Heads.  This Flange can hold up to an additional 40 grams of tungsten weight by using 4 1 Inch Tungsten Weights.

Here is a photo of the new Limited Edition Magnolia Special headcovers with putters showing the best size of cover for each style of putter.  

L to R:

Mini is best for Mini's and M8's.

Blade covers for standard shaped M1A, M2A (Blade Backs and Beefy Back), M5, M6, M9 (no. 9 flange), M10's and M20 with Blade Back and Beefy Back.

Med. Mallets cover wider flanges like Tongue Backs, Double FatBacks, DB3 Backs, as well as mallets like the M11 with ScoopBacks.

Megalodon covers work for both M2A and M4M Megalodons, both XL and XXL.

Hey Guys,

I hope everyone is having a great week!  I wanted to share with you a Custom MACHINE that Dave just finished building for a Customer.

This MACHINE Features a Custom 303 Stainless M4 Meritage with a 303 Stainless Megalodon XL Flange and a Double Bend Shaft Over Stub Hosel.  The Head and Flange have both been finished in a Custom Rainbow Torch Finish.

This MACHINE also features our first “M4 Morph Spacer” prototype.  This spacer is made to turn the M4M head back into the M2A shape, replacing the material that was trimmed away with lightweight machineable Delrin ® “superplastic”.   The spacer deepens the center of gravity and also makes the Megalodon sound and feel softer.  

The M4 Morph Spacer in Delrin ® is 10 grams.  The weight saved is 30 grams over going with the Stainless. We will be making alloy versions as well

We also milled a Sightline into this spacer after we took these photo's.

This MACHINE also features a Custom Titanium Damascus Medallion.
