I wanted to share some pics with you of a Custom 303 Stainless Single Tine Green Repair Tool that was just completed for a customer

 

This Green Repair Tool was milled from a solid billet of 303 Stainless. The Medallion is a Custom Black Ash Burl MACHINE Logo Medallion.

This MACHINE Features a 303 Stainless M2A Converter Head with a 303 Stainless Fat Back Nibble Back Flange and a Stubby Plumber Neck. The Medallion is an Alloy Logo Medallion.

 

This Customer also ordered an Additional 303 Stainless Fat Back Flange.

 

Dave applied a Custom Satin Torch Finish on the Head, Neck and Both Flanges

This MACHINE features a 303 Stainless M10 Fixer Head with a 303 Stainless Stubby Plumber Neck.

 

The Medallion on this MACHINE is a Black Anodized Alloy Medallion.

I like the "dot" on the top of the face.......and I like the line or groove on the rear flange.......When you put both together on the same putter, it provides a vertical sightline to ensure that your head is directly over the putter when addressing the ball.....

Next up for this MACHINE is for it to receive a Custom Torch Finish

This MACHINE Features a 303 Stainless Head with a 303 Stainless Blade Back Flange and a 303 Stainless Stubby Plumber Neck Hosel.

 

Dave has Melted all the edges on this MACHINE to give the whole putter a smoother, more rounded look

 

The finish on this MACHINE is our Custom Blue Flame Torch Finish

Righty then. I don't know how I missed this one but WOW. By far, this is my favorite Machine has done to date by a long shot. The blue and the smoother look just really sets it off. Long plumber neck, sufficient head weight and some blue paint fill in the Machine logo. MMMMM. Add a Black shaft and a Blue Iomic grip to finish it off.

Hey Guys,

 

I hope everyone is having a great week! I wanted to share with you a Custom MACHINE Work In Progress.

 

This MACHINE Features a Billet Copper 5.0 M2A Converter Head with a 1018 Carbon Modular Center Shaft- Shaft Over Hosel, a Black Delrin Spacer and a 1018 Carbon Deep Bite Bongo Back Flange with Custom Ball Nosed Pill Cuts.

 

This MACHINE still needs more Hand Work and Softening on the Deep Bite Bongo Back Flange and more Hand Grinding and Shaping on the Fat Back Nibble Back Flange.

 

Once the Hand Work is completed both Flanges and the Neck will be receiving our Hot Salts Gun Metal Blue Finish

This MACHINE Garage features a Custom 303 Stainless M10 Fixer Head with a retro thick face cavity and a 303 Stainless Round Hand Bent Hosel.

 

Next up for this MACHINE is for the neck to be cleaned up and the bending marks removed. Once the neck has been finished it will be Tig Welded to the head.

 

Still more work to go, but she is coming along nicely.

As you can see, the Neck has now been Tig-Welded to the Head, Dave has cleaned up the Neck and the Bead and is now working on the finish.

 

The finish on this MACHINE will be a Custom Torch Finish.

 

Still a little more work to go, but she is coming along nicely.
