Popular Post Big money
I went in for my yearly physical and came back with some very bad results. My low and high cholesterol numbers were each abnormally bad. Both were 90 points worse. And my vitamin D and testosterone were also bad for my age group of 50.We went thru the options and i have been put on some very strong medicine . And a completely overhauled diet of fish - salads - fruits and water only. Been on the diet for a few days and it is very difficult. But I want to be around for a lot more bogeys and doubles left in this body.Hate to deprive the score card from a good workout please get your yearly physicals Edited August 1, 2019 by Big money tommc23, ole gray, cnosil and 9 others 11 1 Quote Keep it in the short stuff

Kenny B
I would love to, but apparently I can't keep my doctor. He moved. So, I thought I'd interview prospective doctors see if I liked them. The earliest I could get an appointment with any doctor as a new patient was 5 months out... September 27!!! bens197
Stick to it! It works. I have similar issues especially with my triglycerides. My T floats below average and a lot of this has to do with work and diet. I’ve changed and it’s helped beyond words. My daughter has been the primary motivation and I cannot selfishly eat rubbish knowing she needs me around. The testosterone was an eye opener. When I spoke with my doctors they said raising testosterone alone isn’t going to help. Imagine you have a sponge in a five gallon bucket. The sponge can only absorb so much. That’s how testosterone stimulating hormone works. I accepted that I’ll live with fatigue and just have to push myself to diet and exercise. Thanks for sharing this is a fantastic reminder to be better. When I was in last month he suggested I book the appointment now. He books a year in advance. Fortunately I got a clean bill of health even though I'm not as good with sunscreen as I should be. My doctor was hoping once I get the cholesterol and vitamin d manageable. That my testosterone will improve on its own. She told me I’m actually developing 50/50 estrogen and testosterone. It’s causing havoc with my fatigue and some natural male body functions bens197 1 Quote Keep it in the short stuff

Other than that, I'm in great shape... perfect blood pressure, way above perfect cholesterol levels. Pain sucks. Hackster
I hear on that. I was driving to work two weeks ago and had a “minor stroke”. Not much damage done just lose balance occasionally. Off work for a week back to work, wearing a heart monitor now to make sure the ticker performing. Definitely a wake up call. Quit smoking after 40 years. Got my attention. P.s. already shot even par on back nine.
