Popular Post STUDque
The foundation of PRG is to give consumers high quality products at reasonable prices and offer distributors a nimble manufacturer which can handle bulk orders but doesn’t scoff (or price gouge) on a limited run of bag-tags for a corporate outing. None of that is changing, but with the debut of its Originals line, PRG wanted a place to house a select number of custom designs for the general market. From shamrocks and sweet-tooth’s to Fabulous Las Vegas and Route 66, the intent is to stock a limited number of roughly 23 designs which should have broad appeal, and though it doesn’t (currently) allow for individuals to customize one-off covers, I wouldn’t be at all shocked to see this made available sooner rather than later. Also, as a value-added bonus (you can thank PRG’s Northern Irish heritage), luck is included at no extra cost. IT’S ON YOU Want to design the next PRG headcover? Here’s the deal: Step 1: Download a copy of the putter headcover design template. CLICK HERE Step 2: Upload your design and an artist’s statement (Why should your design win?) to THIS THREAD. Step 3: After approximately two weeks, all submissions will be narrowed down to 4-6 final designs. PRG will then create one-off headcovers of each final design. Step 4: A final winner will be selected using a very complex algorithm which carefully weighs input via social media, overall artistry and complexity of message. (Actually, it will be whichever design we think is the best, or coolest, or really whatever.) Step 5: The winning design will be offered in a limited-run (exact number of pieces is TBD) with a portion of the proceeds going to the designer’s charity of choice. Good Luck and if you’re looking for inspiration, did we mention PRG all started in Northern Ireland? ** For this contest specifically, the winner will receive 5 (five) copies of their headcover and a portion of the proceeds from the limited sale dedicated to the charity of his/her choice. ** Moving forward, should PRG wish to use any of the submitted designs, PRG will contract with that individual and provide consideration (e.g. royalty payment, on-off payment) for further use of said design. Dr Strangelove
Here is an idea. This was inspired by my appreciation for the armed forces (my nephew is a marine) as well as the notion that I am often looking for my putter to bail me out of the mess I have made. "e.g. for goddsake hit that 12 footer to avoid a 10." That's where the S.O.S and morse code comes from. 808nation, GolfSpy MPR, Maltenator and 5 others 8 Quote G410 plus driver,Aeroburner 3W, F6 Baffler XR 4, 5 hybrids 2021 T300 6 - GW, SW irons Mack Daddy CB 58/12 wedge Axis1 Rose putter Alternates: Srixon ZX4 MKII irons

SPY VIP GolfSpyC Posted August 28, 2019 SPY VIP Share Posted August 28, 2019 Great ideas so far! Keep them coming! For those asking questions around who owns submitted designs, here's what we're going to do: ** For this contest specifically, the winner will receive 5 (five) copies of their headcover and a portion of the proceeds from the limited sale dedicated to the charity of his/her choice. ** Moving forward, should PRG wish to use any of the submitted designs, PRG will contract with that individual and provide consideration (e.g. royalty payment, on-off payment) for further use of said design. Basically, if you win the contest, you receive 5 copies of your design and get to direct a portion of the proceeds to a charity of your choice. If PRG wants to use your design beyond that, you will be fairly compensated. If your design doesn't win and PRG wants to use it in any capacity, you will be compensated for that. mablax12
Have a couple other ideas, and unfortunately this one will not fit on the template exactly, but do a skinny version of the moon boot pictured below with a silicone mold and metallic fabric in honor of the 50th anniversary of the Apollo landing. It's already the right shape and as far as I can see nobody has done space/nasa related headcover save the Cameron one that is referred to as the nasa cover but really is just because it was shiny. Cpsalmon
Designed this headcover to express my emotions on the golf course! Not to good at designing but gave it a go using microsoft word and paint :') - Would love to be the lucky winner so that I could donate the proceedings to Prostate Cancer UK after it has had an impact on our family's lives. Also it would be great to sport this headcover around the course, and it may even become my lucky charm and help with a few more birdies instead of bogies! analyticandrew
I created this one because I like the simple design, the play on words that it's a putter cover (rolling the ball), and also the idea that rolling in a golf cart fits as well. I chose the white because I think it pops, and the red and blue b/c 1. they compliment each other well, and 2. I'm American so of course it's going to be red, white, and blue. I also wanted to use icons that are easily recognizable, very easy to stitch on, AND a design something like this might give ULTIMATE flexibility if/when you choose to do full "design your own" covers where you give people specific points that they can customize, make the text customizable, etc.. It's also something that is easily repeatable on blade style covers, but also mallet covers too. The other piece is that where the golf clubs are can make it VERY easy to add in further customization with different color leather. Thanks for this cool opportunity!
