Nike Method Core- Help Needed

Hello all,

Recently, the Nike Method Core caught my eye. It has a fair price point, is aesthetically pleasing, etc. But, i have yet to hit this putter; so, this is where you guys will hopefully come in handy. Have any of you hit it? I like inserts but not inserts as soft as Odyssey's. I currently game a putter that probably very few of you have heard of, let alone hit. The Dunlop "No Problem" (1) Putter. If you have, by any chance hit this putter, are the two comparable in feel? Thank you in advance for any help in telling me the feel of the Method Core. :D

I used to roll an odyssey White Ice putter but gave it up because the insert was too mushy, as you said. however the Black Ice has a much firmer insert. Are both of these too soft for you, or are you just refrring to the softer Wite Ice incsert here?

I talked about every model out there in the thread we already have about them. They're decent but don't expect them to be like the original Method.

Strong 3 wood: Taylormade M1 15* w/ ProjectX T1100 HZRDUS handcrafted 75x
3 Hybrid: Adams PRO 18* w/ KBS Tour Hybrid S flex tipped 1/2"
4 Hybrid: Adams PRO 20* (bent to 21*) w/ KBS Tour Hybrid S flex tipped 1/2"
4-AW: TaylorMade P770 w/ Dynamic Gold Tour Issue Black Onyx S400

SW: 56* Scratch Tour Dept(CC grooves) w/ Dynamic Gold Spinner
LW: 60* Scratch Tour Department (CC grooves) w/ Dynamic Gold Spinner
XW: 64* Cally XForged Vintage w/ DG X100 8 iron tiger stepped
Putter: Nike Method Prototype 006 at 34"

Have a ton of back-ups in all categories, but there are always 14 clubs in the bag that differ depending on the course and set-up. Bomb and gouge. Yes, I'm a club gigolo.

I've just hit one in store but the new insert on the putter was nice, not as soft as the Odyssey White Ice collection but still gave it a good feel. I thought the insert and club gave a great controlled roll and overall good putts. Like the Odyssey Nike's come in the different styles so you can choose which one fits you best. I would definitely take it for a test run and match it up against the Odyssey if that's the other putter you are deciphering from.
