I have two junk shoulders and a back with L2 and 5 compression fracture/s. Other than Bourbon.... can you help?.lol.

Bourbon is better than the Hydrocodone, fentanyl, and morphine that my wife was on before her L5-S1 fusion 12 years ago.  Now it's just vodka for her.

Except for the knee problems I had, I would love to be 60 again.  After replacement my knee feels great, but the rest of me hurts.  I hate to tell you, but it's worse at 70.

Lol hang in there. A lot of the times just keeping it mobile with stretches ect is helpful. I love the doorway stretch for shoulders, and the pitcher stretch-- pulling your arm across your body. Additionally just lying on your back and letting knees fall out to each side improves tissue mobility in the low back without much increase in symptoms. Probably more than you were looking for but I hope it may help!  🙂

Thank you for your service!  I regularly, before COVID-19, play with a 76-year old USMC fighter pilot.  He's about a 6 'cap.

Work for TVA?  Sequoyah?  Never made it down there, but spent a lot of time in Oak Ridge.

Sorry for the 2X reply. I just figured out how to use the quote feature.I do work with Sequoyah and have a few acquaintances at the lab. Never got to fly the equipment but flew on a bunch of them to figure out how to fix problems. Loved the pilots - they would supply us with beer on the weekends for keeping them safe in the air!

I work in tech consulting for one of the big 4. I am the only older millennial that I know that has only worked for one company for their whole career.
My wife has been with a big 4 as an auditor since her internship in college. Going on 11 years.

Finally made the move at the end of last fall to start my own financial planning book and business. I was tired of being an employee planner. Ten+ years was enough. Now I can put together complete financial plans until my heart is content and do exactly what the client needs... And not have to worry about sales or revenue goals. Dream job
