Imagine being asked by the client's quality manager why they are finding evidence of bacterial growth on the equipment in the middle of the line and trying to nicely explain that the reports I have been presenting to the production manager from my audits for the past 8 months have shown a clear, constant deficiency in the receiving/preparation of raw product. Or try asking the client why their yield reports show 106 gpt of finished product after your equipment but they are claiming 94 gpt of final recovery. It's tough to diplomatically say, "I'm responsible for getting you this much yield at this piece of equipment, what you do with it past that, not my equipment and out of my control. I met my standard, I have no control of your downstream processes." It's a fine line to walk between being a pushover and being seen as difficult. Lefty Larry
I’m literally living my dream. I knew that when I retired from the hospital industry, my desire was to work part time in some fashion around golf. For the last four years, I have worked at the local golf shop.
