Mr. 82
I don't know what CBD is, but I recently started taking Aleve for my back pain, and it's helped relieve the constant nagging pain tremendously. I used to be worried I'd put my back out playing golf, but with Aleve I don't feel any pain. Sorry I can't help with arthritis. GolfSpy_BNG
My wife uses CBD Oil everyday. She had a grand total of 6 back surgeries quite a few years ago. The doctors prescribed ibuprofen for her and she hated taking pills all the time. She now puts a few drops of CBD oil under her tongue every morning and she says it helps with the constant nagging pain. If she tries to do too much she still gets the big pains but her normal everyday pains have subsided with it. She isn’t a golfer so I can’t relate to that side of it. I have been having joint pain in my back, knees, and hips for the last 6 months or so. She keeps trying to get me to take the stuff since it helped her. Maybe I will be the guinea pig and try it then report back with the golf side. Popular Post ole gray
I take it twice a day and it helps both with pain and PTSD. I haven’t tried to up my dosage as I’m only taking .025. It has a calming effect so it could help with golf. Update: I changed my dosage to .050 mg once daily in the evening as it relaxes me too much in the mornings. I guess if I was really pumped up it could be a good thing however it made me want to hit the sack again..... We use it with one of our dogs for anxiety though during thunderstorms and fireworks. Its use is definitely on the rise with plenty of former NFL players, e.g. Rob Gronkowski and Calvin Johnson, becoming advocates.Joe Rogan also advocates for its use and some people think Phil Mickelson was using it at the Masters this year for his rheumatoid arthritis.I think it'd be worth trying to see if it makes a difference in your quality of life.Sent from my Pixel 2 using MyGolfSpy mobile app berkeleybob, Rickp, SteddyGolf and 4 others 7 Quote DRIVER PXG 0811XF GEN4 (10.5°) FAIRWAY WOODS PXG 0341XF GEN4 (16°) HYBRIDS PXG 0317XF GEN4 (19°), PXG 0317X GEN4 (22°) IRONS PXG 0311T GEN3 (5 - 9) WEDGES TAYLORMADE MG3 (45°, 50°, 55° TW Grind, 60° TW Grind) PUTTER PXG BATTLE READY ONE & DONE
FrogginBullfish
It's a naturally occurring substance and is absent of any THC so there's no psychoactivity associated with its use, so there's no real danger in trying it.That being said, despite its use being on the rise, I'd imagine some medical practitioners are still not likely to prescribe it to patients. My Dad mentioned to our vet that we've been using it with one of our dogs and she basically said she couldn't talk to him about it as its not on their list of approved remedies for anxiety, but we've seen a significant improvement in his stress levels during heightened moments of anxiety for him.Is this something that should be done under a doctor’s care?Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpySent from my Pixel 2 using MyGolfSpy mobile app SteddyGolf, cksurfdude, ole gray and 4 others 7 Quote DRIVER PXG 0811XF GEN4 (10.5°) FAIRWAY WOODS PXG 0341XF GEN4 (16°) HYBRIDS PXG 0317XF GEN4 (19°), PXG 0317X GEN4 (22°) IRONS PXG 0311T GEN3 (5 - 9) WEDGES TAYLORMADE MG3 (45°, 50°, 55° TW Grind, 60° TW Grind) PUTTER PXG BATTLE READY ONE & DONE
Popular Post Peterpc2828
I have been using it now for about 6 months for tightness/ soreness in my lower right side of my back, I have tried numerous brands and have found a nasal spray that works almost instantly called Nasadol, apparently the oil takes time to be absorbed into your system and depending on dosage and mg strength results vary. The Nasadol nose spray gets absorbed very quickly through the nose and results are noticeable quickly and at a lower cost and mg dosage, I have been using the 400mg version and highly recommend. Here is the link to their website and FYI I have no affiliation with this company in case anyone is wondering just externally satisfied with the results of the product and for me it works, as well I can say my golf game has improved for the better, a much calmer focused round from me than pre CBD spray. http://www.nasadol.comSent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy tony@CIC, ole gray, cksurfdude and 7 others 9

HardcoreLooper
I have nagging back pain, and I do some yoga every morning to loosen up. I also have some pain in my left hand. I'm very interested in CBD as a treatment for both. In an earlier No Putts Given podcast, it sounded like Adam and the boys were going to do a Most Wanted for CBD. I'd love to see them put their stamp of approval on one product or another. Just to feel better about it. ole gray
Foz you know what ebenefits are right? It's actually tied into the official veterans benefit site. I actually sent an email into the pharmacy/lab section requesting CBD oil so those folks probably already know I use it. I was hoping the VA would pay for it and the person I talked to said as of now, no benefit for CBD oil. Fine for use every once in a while, but daily use over a long period of time can cause other issues. Sent from my Pixel 2 using MyGolfSpy mobile app Makes sense. CBD Oil in its many forms has to be easier on the liver than daily ibuprofen.
