Golfspy_CG2
Sept was the release date for the 85 series and I think the 65 as well. So sounds like they are sticking to it. The top line is a hair thicker, but the frame the ball so well and feel so dang awesome. I just reshafted my 965s with some KBS Tours, just gotta get the grips on. Hopefully the shaft change will get me what I want. tableshaper
Does anyone know what they are working on... I really want the 785 irons but if they release something better I will be pissed. A black 785 would be amazing. September is a long time to wait. PMookie

If they hold true to what they have done then it will be a full lineup of 2-3 iron sets, hybrid, utility iron, woods and driver. with the z forged releasing this past February those would be a feb 2021 release If you want the 785 then get them. Right now I play Srixon balls (Q Star Tour), but I'm looking at possibly adding Srixon irons. Some of the top irons out in my opinion. Love hitting them in most wanted testing. I liked them so much I bought a set for myself. If you don’t want to invest in a new set the older 5 series are what I would look for. The z7x5 lines have been really good and forgiving for their size and I wouldn’t equate those to like hitting a gi either cnosil 1 Quote Driver: PXG 0811 X+ Proto w/UST Helium 5F4 Wood: TaylorMade M5 5W w/Accra TZ5 +1/2”, TaylorMade Sim 3W w/Aldila rogue white Hybrid: PXG Gen2 22* w/AD hybrid Irons: PXG Gen3 0311T w/Nippon modus 120 Wedges: TaylorMade MG2 50*, Tiger grind 56/60 Putter: Scotty Caemeron Super Rat1 Ball: Titleist Prov1

I personally put srixon in more of a players category even the 5 series. They just do something right with their irons and they seem to be playable by most players. It’s an iron brand that’s always on my mind of having a set of.
