Shankster 25,746
This is going to be an interesting one. I am curious what my clubhead data will be with the Mini Driver with a 43.5” shaft. I am guessing in the 100mph range...?I will be getting my data in sometime this weekend. Boats in Cape May, and at the home place are broken. Been driving back and fourth.
jddaigneault 1,238
Not my best, but I was in a rush. Don’t hate! Terrible launch angle. Little high on the face and a little towards the toe. Interested to see how Bridgestone factors this in to the ball we are testing. Not far off from the trackman numbers I have from a recent fitting, pretty impressive from a video submission. If you haven’t used this tool on the Bridgestone website, I highly recommend it! 6 Quote P790s/M5 Driver/F9 3wood/F9 hybrid/MG2 wedges/Ardmore putter

Trial&Error 214
I'm not overall pleased with the swing I sent in to them but I am very blown away with the fact you simply send in a swing video and they send back data that definitely are well within the "ballpark" of what I know to be my standard norm. I used my Mevo for 7 drives to know when I was more or less warmed up before the video swing and the data sent back from Bridgestone was basically within 3%+/- error of the averages I had just collected. From a simple 1 swing video....................I vote that to be impressive. I'm more curious as to how/why they recommended Tour B XS to our tester who had 113mph chs and fairly high spin? Isn't that the "spinnier" ball? I thought that curious
jddaigneault 1,238
I also found that curious. My only thought was that I picked feel as the most important characteristic of the ball. I then went in and messed around with the “non-video” ball selection, and the BXS would always be the choice when I moved the spin above 3000 rpms. Who knows! 3 Quote P790s/M5 Driver/F9 3wood/F9 hybrid/MG2 wedges/Ardmore putter

I bet you are correct and nailed that on the "feel." I believe when I entered my data on preference, if memory serves me, think I choose "accuracy."

Smellis745 526
Rain is moving out tonight, if the range is open tomorrow I’ll get a video submission in to Bridgestone tomorrow. I messed around with a sleeve of the B X this year and if it weren’t for already having 4 dz Z Stars in my closet, 8 would’ve stocked up. To have the opportunity to test a new ball and provide feedback to Bridgestone is exciting. Shankster 25,746
Awaiting my results. Curious to see how I get around with the Mini Driver. Last time I was at the simulator I hit 107 with it. Probably nowhere near that, cold rain, tired. Can’t wait to see what is inside of that box when it shows up!Doing a little research last night with the MGS Ball Guide, I really enjoyed playing the Tour B XS, but the numbers from the test show it to be really close to the RX, except for iron distance being a touch more on the RX. I really like the feel of a mushy ball on my irons and wedges. Even if they put me in something else I think I am going to give the RX a go this year.A little less spin on irons and wedges would be welcomed.
Smellis745 526
Same here, waiting on results now. Will be interested to hear how things are. Last time I was on a monitor was end of June. Smellis745 526
My results. Shot was a little low on the face, but it wasn't as low as 7 degree launch. I would've guessed it was in the 9-10 range. I don't believe the spin was as high as this claims, but the ss is spot on. This was a straight away par 4 that ranged that particular day 367 yards from the tee to flag. After the drive, I had 83 yards to go. There was very little roll out due to all the rain we had last week. 3 Quote TaylorMade SIM2 10.5 - Graphite Design Tour AD-HD 7 TX TaylorMade M6 15 - PX HZRDUS Green 80 6.5 TX TarylorMade M5 19 - Aldila Tour Green 85 TX Callaway XForged UT 21 (19*) - Aldila Rogue Black 105 TX Srixon Z965 4-P - PX 6.0 LS hard stepped Vokey SM8 52.08 F / SM6 58.14 K - TI DG 400 Scotty Cameron X7 Phantom 34” Titleist Pro -V1X
