cnosil
Can anyone point me to a good instructional video on increasing swing speedUnless your sequencing is off, it probably isn’t “instructional”. Search for over speed training or read the superspeed thread on MGS. You may find something to help you gain some efficiency. So that the horse power reaches the wheels so to speak. Otherwise, you just have to train yourself to swing harder/faster to gain speed. I have the speedchain and it has been great at helping me maintain speed. Plus it is a killer work out. I am breathing hard after just a few min. https://www.oatesspecialties.com/golf-speed-chain-pro-1524 Quote Driver: Callaway Paradym Triple diamond 10.5 Ventus black TR 6x 3 wood ; Callaway Paradym triple diamond 15 degree, Ventus black TR 7x Apex UW 19 degree, Ventus black TR 8x Utility Iron: Mizuno Pro Fli Hi 4 utility, Ventus blue HB 90X Irons: Callaway Apex MB 5-PW, KBS $ taper 130x Wedges: Callaway Jaws Raw 50, 54, 58, KBS $ taper 130x Putter: Wilson Staff TM22, hand torched, KBS cutter putter shaft, Super stroke Pistol GT 1.
edingc
Most swing speed gains are going to be from neurological improvements, a la SuperSpeed, or just from increasing your physical fitness. To quote TPI-certified trainer Mike Carroll (@Fit_For_Golf on Twitter): More raw strength = more potential for power and speed. My focus will initially be on strength training and flexibility. You'll find a lot on good stuff online particularly from TPI. Quigleyd
for anyone interested there is a great follow on instagram. golf.wod. really nice brit that knows his stuff when it come to building power. Not all exercises may be possible for all because of health or strength so individual adaptation may be needed. he does a lot of Olympic lifts that may not be safe for everyone. But, there is a lot of other good workouts that should apply to all. Please consult you doctor before staring any exercise program. tony@CIC and TR1PTIK 2 Quote Driver: Callaway Paradym Triple diamond 10.5 Ventus black TR 6x 3 wood ; Callaway Paradym triple diamond 15 degree, Ventus black TR 7x Apex UW 19 degree, Ventus black TR 8x Utility Iron: Mizuno Pro Fli Hi 4 utility, Ventus blue HB 90X Irons: Callaway Apex MB 5-PW, KBS $ taper 130x Wedges: Callaway Jaws Raw 50, 54, 58, KBS $ taper 130x Putter: Wilson Staff TM22, hand torched, KBS cutter putter shaft, Super stroke Pistol GT 1.
