toehold57 648
I played last week. First day the course has been open in almost 3 weeks.Couldn’t push a tee into the ground, frozen. Hit the front of the green from 153, it bounced 15 feet in the air and ran off the back. That was the second hole. I knew from then on it was just a play day, enjoy the 50 weather. Good thing, I couldn’t get off my back foot all day long. Slices and pulls. It was still nice to get out Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
CarlH 4,517
They lifted the frost delay at noon today, but it was still less than 40....might have played, but we're expecting high winds with gusts from 35-40 mph...no thanks I'm retired...I don't have to play in cold, wet, windy conditions 1 Quote Driver: G400 Max 9 degree Alta CB55 Stiff shaft Hybrids: M6 --- 3 (19 degrees), 4 (22 degrees), and 5 (25 degrees) Atmos shaft R Irons: Apex CF19 6-9, PW, AW KBS Tour Graphite 70g shafts R Wedges: CBX-2 52*, 56*, 60* wedges. toehold57 648
Played today in Pueblo, Co at a new-to-me course, Desert Hawk. Although the temps were supposed to reach the low 50’s it might have reached 40 or 41.The saving grace? No wind. It was fairly comfortable with a tee, long sleeve half zip, and wind shirt.Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
