NE Ohio 2020

Our course has been open for 3 days and I've got 3 rounds in already. It's cart path only since the fairways are really soggy but I can live with that given we're playing much earlier than previous years.

Saturday's weather in NW Ohio was a bit weird. We had a 2:00 tee time and it started out sunny but by 4:00 it clouded over and the wind picked up. Glad I brought an extra jacket with me.

Oh man very opposite to our experience in Cleveland, had a 10am tee time pushed back a few minutes with frost delay, started off with a sweatshirt and underarmour and ditched both by the 4th hole for just a polo. Biggest mistake of the day was forgetting my sunscreen

I spent 4.5 hours doing yard work, so no, I wasn't able to enjoy the weather on a golf course. The good news is our yard is looking better at this point in the year than it has in a long time.

If you think Ohio has weird weather, come spend a spring season in the Rocky Mountains - check that - come anytime during the year .

Hey glad to see some new peeps in the thread!

I didn't play on Saturday, trying to avoid crowds, plus i've heard reports of a lot of places not following distancing guidelines. I went out after work yesterday and it was beautiful, basically had the place to myself.

I don't even know about the member map. I think I tried it when I signed up. But never went back

Wish everyone did it when they register. Maybe it's something the mod's can explain in the 'recruit' page. Not make it mandatory but to show how and explain the benefits.

Springvale in North Olmsted at 12:30 today. Not necessarily a destination course, just a short local muni. But the weather is nice today if anyone is desperate for play the course sound be good shape and fun day.

I took today off- work is making us use vacation time. So of course it rains all day. But I'm playing tomorrow morning and Monday morning.

Anybody on the westside of Cle (or further) I have a 7:15 tee time at Forest Hills in Elyria tomorrow. It's a short course, but run by the county metro parks so its in good shape. Most importantly it's only $22 to walk 18 on a Sunday.
