Golfspy_CG2
Just an FYI for those that have asked or wondered and haven't asked. This is Sam Robinson's old job. He left late last year and moved to Georgia. So it is the job based at MGS HQ in Yorktown and responsible for running the test center. If you know of anyone pass on the listing, it's a great opportunity for someone who has the club knowledge and experience that is able to move to the Yorktown--Williamsburg, Va--area or is already there. jddaigneault
Why can’t you guys just move to SoCal like the rest of the golf industry?! Then I’d definitely apply! PlaidJacket
I don't know why the golf industry still hangs out in California. Or any business for that matter. Virginia is one of the best states for business with all things being considered. High quality of life, deep labor pool, and fair tax rates. North Carolina has surpassed Virginia over the past few years but they are both top 5 according to Forbes. DanielleRam
Such fantastic job opportunities appear when we least expect them. Thank you for sharing the link to the job ads, as they do sound really great. I've been having a tough time at my job lately and thinking about changing it up. Now I'm thinking about how to ask for a letter of recommendation because this letter can be a valuable asset when applying for a new job. But because my boss is very aggressive, I think it would be a bad idea. In any case, thank you for the valuable information, and good luck.
