It's amazing to hear about your grandfather, who was able to play 5 days a week until his late 80s and is still going strong at 93. That's just proof that golf can definitely help us live longer. As for me, the best thing about golf is that you get to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air while playing. That's always good for our health. And if you want to take your golfing experience to the next level, why not consider a golf holiday? At golftravelcentre.com, I've discovered a wide range of all-inclusive golf holiday packages.
