Tsecor
is MGS going to do another "buyers guide" with all the 2020 releases? Seems like it would be great given all the new "tech" with the Reactive cover from B-Stone and the new CS lineup.....Srixon has new balls out as does Titleist with the new AVX.......even if the test was brief with only 10 models, it would be great......that test was the best. heribertomaya, JohnSmalls and PMookie 3 Quote Golf is cool
Golfspy_CG2
This is certainly no official word, just my personal thoughts. But I don't think this is a test that merits being done every year. Most of the premium balls have two year life cycles, ProV, Srixon Z Star, TP5/X and yes even though Bridgestone has a new ball out and Callaway is working to improve the Chrome Soft model, it's an awfully big undertaking to do each year when the majority of balls that people will be interested in haven't changed. Unlike the Most Wanted testing which is done on site at MGS, the ball testing was done out of state at a facility that had a robot and range that could accommodate the parameters of the test. I'm sure it was a very expensive and time consuming effort. Maybe for 2020 MGS can do a test surrounding the new innovations of the Triple-Track vs. TP5/x Pix vs. TRIDENT Align vs. No direction marker to test the viability of these alternative alignment aids instead of a pure 'best golf ball out there' Quote M5 9 deg [Project X Evenflow Black 65g] // SIM Max 3w 15 deg [Fujikura Ventus Blue 5-R] // JPX 919 5i-PW // ATV Grind Wedges 52-60 [KBS Tour Steel] // Stroke Lab 7 // TP5 // BRD-4 [Cart-Red-Gray] // CodeChaos [White-Red] SuperSpeed 2020 Testing Group Initial Driver Swing Speed: 95 mph

TP5 Pix has technology has an alignment feature in it. Truvis has no alignment technology. It's main purpose was to make the ball visually appear larger at address and to be easier to follow the flight.
