GolfSpy BOS
I’m looking for a few headcovers (sock style, not leather) for my 5 wood and hybrid. It seems everything is either Stitch ($78) or is less than $20 and get terrible reviews on Amazon/eBay. Does anyone know of any decent quality alternatives besides looking for a deal on STITCH stuff online? GolfSpy MPR
I've purchase a few putter covers from Craftsman golf, mostly on eBay, and I've been pleased with the quality/price ratio. I haven't ever bought their sock covers, so I can't vouch for them personally, but this set seems well-reviewed: CRAFTSMAN GOLF Knit 3pcs Headcover Set Vintange Pom Pom Sock Covers 1-3-5 Gray & Black New https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00HN4SP8A/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_Dn0tEb34J2V7S BIG STU and GolfSpy BOS 2 Quote TS3 9.5°, Tensei Blue CBX T3 15°, Project X HZRDUS Black Epic Super Hybrid 18°, Aerotech Steel Fiber FC HYB S C722 21°, Ventus Blue 8S CBX Iron-Wood 25°, Project X HZRDUS Black 6.0 639 CB, Aldila NV 95 Graphite, 6–PW CBX 48° T22 54° and 60° EAS 4.0, Garsen G-Pro grip TP5x and Tour Response Full WITB with pictures
tchat07
I have a driver headcover from Sunfish Sales. Not knit but it is solid and has held up. They sell knit on their website and I know they've done work for some college programs across the country. GolfSpy BOS
Thanks for the quick few options!I’ll have to give those a look tomorrow and see if they have any designs I like. I figure if I’m going to be my own brand, I might as well have my own look too right? Besides... the OCD would take over if the covers were wildly different. Almost time to update my WITB section. GolfSpy BOS
I picked up a few from sunfish sales and they look good and feel good so far. The leather feels a little thinner than the stitch putter cover I have, and a little less grain, but is supple and seems like it should hold up well. Granata13
I hate "brand head covers" so I understand! Seamus makes some really nice ones, (see pic below) I have them on my 3 wood and hybrids. My driver is iliac and I have my sons names embroidered on it (their customer service sucks but the product is good). If you want knit Jan Craig makes some nice ones, Rocket tour also makes knit covers but have their name all over the Headcover. I also agree that dormie makes a nice Headcover, my buddy has a couple of those. GolfSpy BOS
I posted this to my WITB but I’m liking the sunfish leather a wool cover so far. Both feel high quality and were a great price. Flip4000
Yes I love my stitch golf headcovers Ever since I had my $15 nike ignite putter stolen at a golf course because it had a scotty cameron cover I have always gone the generic route. Especially considering now I actually have a scotty cameron putter...
