My local pgass has all 3 so I'll check the mezz out as well. Not sure if I'll like the cs but I really am interested in the tech.

Got to check out the three of them out today. I tried the DF first. I'm definitely not used to something that large and had a hard time finding the right touch to gage my distances correctly on 10ftish putts. Long puts felt great, just the shorter ones felt difficult to slow that large putter down.  The center shaft felt fine on the df since it's offset back so much but on the Link it was a lot more visually obstructive. The mezz felt more comfortable since it's closer to my putter. I would actually like to see a mezz max now and get some more strokes in with it. Next time I'll have to go solo since I had the wife and kid with me and only got to roll about 25 with each.

Great feedback - agreed with the mezz (it’s what I would prob be most comfortable with).

I have putted really well with the DF2.1 so far this year.  Especially considering every course I've played has recently punched and sanded their greens.  On a side note, this week in league I played with a guy that had a home made LAB inspired putter.  It was quite a bit heavier than my DF2.1, but it was well balanced and he putted great with it.

I just noticed that my ShotScope data includes a tool to compare putter performance.  FWIW, here are my putting stats for the last 3 putters I've used.  There's about 400 putts on each.  The SG number is based on a scratch golfer (which I am most definitely not... my index is about 16)

I was never a fan of center shafted putters, but I've gotten used to it.  Can't really argue with the data.

I am so interested in trying a LAB putter, but sadly no fitters within 100 miles.  This weekend I noticed that there are now 3 LIV golfers using LAB and they all put on putting displays.  Just waiting to see if Bryson will try it publicly as he is the mad scientist, but he was rolling them so good this weekend.

Anyway can anyone provide some detail on the online fitting?  Did it work for you and are you still happy?

I was in your same situation and did the online video fitting.  2 months later It was the best thing I have done.  Love rolling putts in with the link

As one of the LAB testers, I did the online fitting and no have zero complaints. If you read through some of the reviews on there, one of the testers did an online fitting and also went to get an in person fitting and the results were the same. I would not be hesitant at all about the online fitting.

Got my Mezz 1. Max in a few weeks back.  Played first round with it yesterday and had one 30 min practice session last week.  First Impressions, it seems to be pretty point and shoot as far as line goes.  Pace control, jury is still out.  What I have noticed in my very limited run so far, long range putts I seem to be relatively close, whereas with previous putters I tended to be well short.  Mid range putts up to 15 feet or so, I tend to blow past the hole, but can hit a second putt immediately and be inside a foot consistently when it doesn't get holed.  Short range putts, I think the mid range issue was stuck in the back of my head, and I would baby putts that before the LAB I would hit firm, and that was causing any break present to come into play much more than it should.  All in all, Look doesn't bother me, Feel is good without a massive mishit, and I can really notice the technology working through the stroke, which is not something I have ever said about another putter.  Full Disclosure, I am very out of practice right now with short game, as I went over a month without touching a club prior to the day I practiced putting with the LAB, so I'm sure that also played into it.  So far so good.

I just bought my 1st LAB putter and I have not regretted it one bit. I came very close to pulling the trigger on the MEZZ MAX but so glad I wait as I'm already practicing my fist pump. It is now my go to putter for 2024

I'm really, REALLY loving on that green.  Next time you get a chance, any way you could take some pictures of it on the actual green with a ball at address? I'm SO curious to see how well the white stands out against the green of the grass.

Yes similar to the other double wide putters, for example what Odyssey makes.

I'm not aware of anything. I think it would require some serious re-engineering of the link since they'd have to relocate the hosel to point the shaft at the center of mass.
